Design and Implementation of Business-oriented Authority Management in New Generation Power Grid Dispatching and Control System

Abstract

This article analyzes the changes of the new generation power grid dispatching and control system in system architecture, human-computer interaction mode, business organization mode, etc., sorts out the new business-oriented requirements for authority management in the new generation of power grid dispatching and control system, and proposes the business-oriented authority management solution in the new generation power grid dispatching and control system, and its key technologies are discussed such as path-based global controlled resource identification definition, metadata-based controlled resource management, multi-factor access control based on rule engine, cross-system access control based on upper and lower organizational relationships. This solution is verified in the prototype system, and provides multi-dimensional resource security access control method for business in the new generation power grid dispatching and control system.
