Application of clustering technologies in very large power grid dispatch and control system

Abstract

As the structure of power networks becomes more complex, power grid dispatch and control system acquires even larger amount of data and faces accelerated data processing pressure. This paper presents several typical clustering architectures and algorithms, and proposes an applicable clustering architecture for very large power grid dispatch and control system. On the basis of this architecture, relevant clustering technologies applied in system platform and applications are presented. Practical application results show the effectiveness of this new architecture.
