Abstract
In this paper, a high-power frequency multiplier filter module with an operating frequency of 10MHz to 45GHz is designed. The effect of RF channel power allocation on adjacent channel leakage ratio (ACLR) and error vector magnitude (EVM) was considered in the design process. Through the optimization of the channel gain, the output power <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{Psat}\geqslant 30\text{dBm}$</tex> in the whole frequency band is realized, and a high-power combiner circuit in this frequency band is proposed. The measurement results show that the ACLR is better than −60dB when the output power is less than −5dBm. When the vector signal power is 4dBm@44GHz, the EVM is 0.85.
