Abstract
Objective: the aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the number service calls, IT staff and the number of personal computers serviced for a decision on whether the presence of their own IT services in the plan. Methodology of work performance: The study is based on regression analysis of data from ten companies on a quarterly basis for the period of 2010-2013. Application scope of results: This study reveals the need for IT staff to service PCs, allowing more informed decision to accept the transfer process outsourcing.
