Abstract
Dear Sir, Your favourable acceptance of my two former letters, concerning the number of people in this city, and throughout England, has encouraged me to add this as a supplement to them; in which if the observations are not so agreeable as could be wished, they may perhaps be useful in our reasoning upon matters of government, and help us to discover some things that may be wrong, or inconsistent with the public utility.
