Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate customer satisfaction toward the newly formulated sunflower shell waste-based animal feed pellet (PI2019002187). Survey was conducted through internet-based platform that is provided through QR code to trial participants with mix Likert scale questionnaires and opinion-based questionnaires. The surveys finding indicate that most participants rated the products is good value for money (50%). About half of the respondent rate the product as high quality meanwhile approximately 78.6% rate that the product is met their pet feeding requirement very well. Overall, more than 2/3 of the participants is somewhat satisfied with the product and provide positive feedback on their intention on re-purchasing and recommending the product to their family, friends and colleague. ANOVA analysis were further performed on the survey data and it display a significant correlation of customer satisfaction with sunflower shell waste-based pellet pet feeding requirement, product quality and money value as well as it effect toward behavioural intention on re-purchasing and recommendation.
