Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of the labor market in the region, presents the dynamics of its main indicators characterizing employment, unemployment, and the educational level of labor market participants. The assessment of the revealed trends in the development of the labor market, including the impact of the pandemic on its indicators, is given. The predicted values of labor market indicators are obtained. This made it possible to formulate the most relevant areas of influence of the state policy of regulating the labor market in the region.
