Abstract
The article highlights the organization and development of regional higher education institutions after our country gained independence, the high role of these institutions in education for citizens of the country, accessibility and continuity of education, clarifications of existing problems and tasks facing them, a new action plan for the development of regional higher education institutions and their integration into the global system education in the future, at the same time, proposals were put forward, by allocating special scholarships and a number of benefits in order to attract applicants to regional higher education institutions in the future.
