Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of the study of social responsibility as a social phenomenon and characteristics (features, properties) of the individual at the present stage of development of society. Indicated that increased productivity depends on effective staff training, the implementation of which is a process in which evaluation of human resources, their characteristics plays an important role. The relevance of the study of formation of social responsibility due to the fact that she, as a character trait of an individual is manifested in all spheres of life of an individual and, in turn, appears as a criterion in the evaluation of its interaction with the other members of society. On the basis of the structural components of social responsibility of the individual (motivational, cognitive, and behavioral) developed criteria of its formation (motivational-value, cognitive-cognitive, activity and practical) and identified indicators reflecting the main criteria characteristics and include the possibility of measurement using appropriate techniques. It is characterized by low, medium and high levels of formation of social responsibility of future specialists of social sphere. It is indicated that the use of diagnostic tools in the process of professional training of future experts in social sphere will not only fully reveal their degree of readiness to perform professional duties, but in time to correct possible deficiencies. It is noted that future scientific research should focus on the study of positive foreign experience of formation of social responsibility of future specialists of social sphere.
