Abstract
The essential component of development for a nation is health care to the citizens. The skilled human resource is produced by the development of the medical and paramedical institutions. The cost optimization of the electrical energy consumption and the emission control of energy generation is analyzed using Homerpro software well before the installation of the project. The analysis of a healthcare center in Tamilnadu is performed with Homerpro software. The annual energy production and the energy consumption are estimated, and it is found that the annual energy production is improved. The greenhouse gas emission is nullified to avoid the polluted environment.
