Abstract

Objective To investigate the correlation between ventricular arrhythmias and left ventricular systolic function in patients with acute myocardial infarction (ecg). Methods Select 150 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction (mi) into the study, and based on the grouping of 12-lead electrocardiogram QRS wave form, divided into group B (n=50, pathologic Q wave), group A (n=50, fragmented QRS wave), group C (n=50, cataclastic QRS wave merging pathologic Q wave). The correlation between ventricular arrhythmia and left ventricular systolic function was analyzed. Results Group B Ⅳ grade A and B Ⅳ, Ⅴ incidence of ventricular arrhythmia was lower than that in group A and group C(P<0.05); The LVDD in group B was lower than group A and group C (P<0.05), while LVEF was higher than group A and group C (P<0.05). Conclusion The electrocardiogram of patients with acute myocardial infarction was associated with ventricular arrhythmias, and the left ventricular systolic function decreased significantly. Key words: Electrocardiogram; Fracture QRS; Acute myocardial infarction
