Abstract
Corporate education in distance learning addresses the demands of advancing technology and the rapid dissemination of information, reshaping employee training, aligning knowledge and skills, and teaching-learning outcomes in public organizations. This study explores the challenges and opportunities of corporate education in the distance learning modality within corporate schools associated with the Legislative, Executive, and Judiciary branches in Mato Grosso, Brazil. A qualitative research approach was employed, incorporating document analysis, non-participant observation, and semi-structured interviews. A total of 15 interviews were conducted with managers, educators, students, technicians, and analysts from the selected schools. Content analysis was the chosen methodology for interpreting the data. The results revealed that pedagogical structuring is the primary challenge, while effective planning represents the main opportunity for corporate schools in Mato Grosso.
