Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between corporate culture and work productivity of production employees at PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia. One of the factors that influence work productivity is corporate culture. This research is a type of quantitative research. In addition, in selecting the sample of this study, the writer used a purposive sampling technique. The employees selected to be the samples are production employees with a maximum work period of one year so that 80 employees are obtained. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson product-moment correlation with a correlation coefficient of -0.521 and sig = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant negative relationship between corporate culture and employee work productivity. The higher the corporate culture, the lower the employee's work productivity, and vice versa.
