Abstract

The article is devoted to the studing of the historical experience of the integration of higher education and industry gained in the 70th of the Soviet Union as an example of a given region. The aim of the researching is to identify the characteristics of co-operation of higher education and enterprises in organizing training of students-production workers (students learnt by part-time and evening forms). The method or the methodology of the work is a theoretical analysis of the literature in the study, an analysis of the documents of the regional archives. The results of these researches are: the problems which ap-peared in higher education institutions and enterprises in the 70s in building partnerships are faced and the ways are identified; the characteristics of the Soviets generated in the production are learnt, the directions of the organization of work in involving young people in higher education are showed. Presented forms of integration have been tested in the history of the national high school; some of them are relevant in present time. The area of application of the results: The research let us not only identify the root causes of problems solved with higher education at present stage, but also avoid the past mistakes, the best way to predict the development of regional higher education in a long period of time. The author is convinced that a detailed study of the forms of cooperation between higher education and production in a clustering will extrapolate some of them in the new social-economic relations in the production and creation of educational clusters.
