Abstract

Control of the passage of a two-rotor vibration machine through a resonance area is studied. A control algorithm based on the speed gradient method is proposed. The possibility of accelerating unbalanced vibration exciters to velocities exceeding critical resonance values for a limited level of the control signal is studied. The control system robustness with respect to variation in the suspension rigidity of the carrying body, the rotation resistance factor, and rotor eccentricity is analyzed.
