CONTINUING VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL WORK AS A GUARANTEE FOR THE HIGH QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES

Abstract

Goal. The article is devoted to the technology of continuous vocational training in the field of social work in the modern conditions of modernization of higher education. The analysis supports educational technology professional development of social workers as the guarantor of high quality services to the population. Methods of conducting research. The content of the training programs is developed with using such methods of sociological research as questionnaire, survey, methods of mathematical-statistical data processing, the principle of historical-pedagogical reconstruction. Results. The results of the work consist in the fact that on the basis of the conducted monitoring the quality of social services the authors defined activities which are required for improving the efficiency of social service of the population described in the article, the program of courses of continuous vocational training in the field of social work is proposed. The scope of the results. The obtained results can find practical application in the field of practice of social work with different categories of the population, the system of additional professional education in the field of social work.
