Abstract
The security risk prevention and control system of dangerous chemicals transportation in the Yangtze River was evaluated by analyzing the current regulations, as well as the prevention and controlling mechanism. We constructed the security risk prevention and control system of dangerous chemicals transportation in the Yangtze River with liability system as the core, referring to that in the Rhine River from the EU. We also presented the focus points in the near future considering the current situation requirements for dangerous chemicals transportation in the Yangtze River.
