Abstract
The text visualizes an innovative concept in pedagogical sciences, namely that of the "ego "-graph of the professionalization of teaching staff. The author investigated the concept in a multi-level and multi-functional perspective, assigning it socio-professional, humanistic and cultural values and functions. The concept is contextualized in the process of professionalization of teaching staff and is focused on the process of developing initial and continuing training plans and programs.
