Abstract
The conclusion that conflict has saturated our whole society needs no argument. Moreover, the institution known as the school has not escaped it either. It is no exaggeration to say that conflicts of varying intensity are characteristic of most of the schools of Russia. Inasmuch as the pedagogical sphere comprises an aggregate of all types of goal-oriented socialization of the individual, and its essence is the effort to transmit and assimilate social experience, favorable social and psychological conditions are essential to ensure the mental comfort of teachers, students, and parents.
