Abstract

Objective To investigate the conditions and primary influencing factors of acquired pulmonary infection at basic hospital and to provide proof for therapy. Method Patients with acquired pulmonary infection stayed at our hospital over two weeks from January, 2014 to June, 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The influencing factors were analyzed. Results 3 824 cases were included; among which, 210 cases (5.5%) and 263 case times (6.9%) got acquired pulmonary infection. 169 cases (80.5%) were positive in sputum cultivation. The detected rate of gram-negative bacteria was 53.7%, and that of gram-positive bacteria 21.4% (P<0.01) . 48.2% were multiplex drug-resistant. Age, basic disease, nutrition, special treatment, hospital stay, and antibiotic therapy were the primary influencing factors (P<0.05) . Conclusions The special subject and isolating condition are limited in basic hospital, so the number of acquired pulmonary infection is increasing. The key to control infection is objective management and monitor of different people and office, and rational antibiotic therapy.
