Abstract

Revolutions in law are rare and made through concepts. When they happen, they operate at the foundational level, in material sources of law. The stability of law depends on the firmness of its foundations, and that's why we need to know the material sources whence law derives. To grasp the foundations of public contracts, we need to understand law's social, historical, philosophical, and philosophical sources. In short, we need to investigate the Political sources of le droit politique, in which we will find different conceptions of the concept of the general interest.
