Abstract
Abstract The educational system is one of the country's largest, most complex systems. The comprehensive computerization of its pedagogical Management Information System (MIS) on a national level raises a cluster of unique challenges which stem from the inherent characteristics of educational systems. These challenges are thoroughly examined. The concepts moulded as a solution for each, and the original analysis technique developed, are presented.
