Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of conceptual views of domestic and foreign scientists on the use of immovable objects of cultural heritage as a tourist-excursion resource. The purpose of the work is the scientific understanding of the value of immovable objects of cultural heritage as a tourist-excursion resource. It is revealed that the value of immovable objects of cultural heritage as a tourist-excursion resource is considered by scholars mainly in two aspects: patriotic education of citizens and economic enrichment. It is emphasized that cultural heritage, involved in tourism activity, plays an important role in the upbringing and preservation of national-cultural identity of a person, and also is a powerful tool for the economic development of tourist destinations. The conducted researches deepen theoretical and methodological principles of immovable objects of cultural heritage attraction in tourist activity at the present stage of sustainable development of tourism.
