Abstract

Computer modal analysis is very helpful for the structural design process of the two-dimensional numerical control turntable, which is a complex opto-mechatronics equipment as a fixture used for the two-dimensional germanium drum under ultra-precision flycutting. The structure of the two-dimensional turntable designed here is modeled and analyzed in ANSYS for the computer modal analysis. The results are obtained by the modal analysis to ensure that the nature frequencies of the structure are different from the natural frequency of the motor turning to prevent the resonance occurrence. The work in this paper ensures the structural reliability of the two-dimensional turntable.
