Abstract

Based on analysis of the latest policies about the reform of the national education system,medical and healthcare system and the demand for culturing talents of TCM,the authors suggested some ideas and specific initiatives of reform and innovation on the training model of high-level and applicationoriented professionals of Chinese medicine.Some measures should be taken to develop proficiency of students,such as integrating the education of postgraduates and doctoral students,deepening reform of the clinical practice teaching,adopting a new management system and evaluation system.The high-level and application-oriented professionals of Chinese medicine with international perspectives and innovative thinking,should master more theory of traditional Chinese medicine,main clinical skills,traditional treatments and solve clinical issues independently.
