Abstract
Resume Nous rapportons un cas de faux anevrysme arteriel apparu trois mois apres une reimplantation de la main au contact de l'anastomose radiale. Cette complication liee au mecanisme d'avulsion initial, bien que non specifique, a necessite une reprise chirurgicale rapide du fait de l'existence d'un seul axe vasculaire arteriel permeable.
