Abstract

This paper aims at researching the quality and quantity complex measurement of the eco-residential district construction system and provided a method for scientific decision-making. The frequency analysis method is applied to identify key complex elements. A structural equation model of eco-residential district construction system complexity measurement is established which can effectively describe the relationships among indices that influence complexity of eco-residential district construction system. The results indicate that external environment, system objective and system information possesses higher complexity character and the model is effective to assess the complexity of eco-residential district construction system.
