Abstract
aim of this study was identify the competences for the professional practice of hospital managers. Thus, we used The 4 Pillars of Education from educative practice based on competencies. It was used mixed methods with quantitative and qualitative approach. This study identify the competence´s hospital manager, which has the potential to contribute to the work of higher. This highlights the importance of this topic for the training of hospital managers, so that they meet the expectations of hospital organizations and thus reflect in better care and management practices to those who use these services.
