Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of perioperative serum cholesterol, low density lipoprotein levels and with pathology. Methods From January 2008 to January 2010 105 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer (cancer group) , select the year and the hospital treatment of benign gastric diseases,98 patients (gastric group) for perioperative plasma levels of total cholesterol low density lipoprotein levels detected and compared. Also associated with the pathological classification comparison. Results There were significant difference of plasma cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in the two groups before surgery and there were no significant difference after surgery. Different degrees of gastric cancer patients with plasma cholesterol,low density lipoprotein levels significantly. Conclusion The gastric cancer patients the tumor tissue increased demand of cholesterol, resulting in lipid metabolism, there cholesterol, low density lipoprotein reduction; gastric higher grade, proliferative capacity and higher demand on the more cholesterol, reduce more apparent.
