Abstract
Monoclonal anti-T-2 IgGs produced from 12C12 and 15H6 hybridomas were compared by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Binding activity was linear from 0.005 to 0.25 μg protein/ml with 12C12 and from 0.005 to 0.09 μg protein/ml with 15H6. The quantity of T-2 toxin (μg protein/ml) required for one-half maximum binding activity of 15H6 (0.0875 μg protein/ml) was approximately 68% that of 12C12 (μg protein/ml).
