Abstract
The transmission of data through network is done using various protocols which is very important in terms of the transfer of packets. In an organisation, for transmission of confidential and crucial data, selection of fast and secure Routing Protocol is vital. The study is dependent on the outcomes from three protocols i.e. RIP, OSPF & EIGRP in tabular as well as in graphical form. The Routing Protocol have the Internet Protocol version 6 as an address since Internet Protocol version 4 addressing space is almost worn out in many organisations. IPv6 is much safe and secure. We analysed three Routing protocols and comment which Routing Protocol is fast and secure.
