Abstract

Objective To compare the levels of serum lipids and serum lipoprotein levels in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction, to provide new ideas and theoretical support for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction patients. Methods Sixty-six patients with cerebrovascular disease from February 2013 to March 2015 were selected as research subjects, 33 cases of cerebral infarction were cerebral infarction group, 33 cases of cerebral hemorrhage disease were cerebral hemorrhage group, another 33 cases of the same period were selected as health group. The elbow vein blood samples were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and double gradient polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in three groups of subjects. The blood lipid in the subjects of the three groups of very low density lipoprotein(VLDL), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-L), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), serum protein spectrum fat protein A1(ApoA1), pre beta lipoprotein(preβLP), beta lipoprotein(βLP), αlipoprotein(αLP) and apolipoprotein protein B(ApoB) levels were observedhealth group. Results Compared with health group there were significant differences in ApoB, VLDL, LDL-C, TC, TG and HDL-C levels in the cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group (P 0.05). Compared with healthy group, the indexes of cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group were significantly different (P 0.05). Conclusions The level of serum TC and HDL-C in cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction disease is higher, can be used as an important indicator of the diagnosis and control of the two diseases, has certain clinical value, it is worth popularizing and applying. Key words: Cerebral hemorrhage; Cerebral infarction; Blood lipid; Serum lipoprotein profile
