Abstract
Abstract Electrical characterizations of different compositions of the fluorite-type Ca 1− x Er x F 2+ x (0≤ x ≤0.38) solid solution on the form of sintered pellets and thin films have allowed to evaluate the influence of the morphology on the electrical properties. Results obtained are discussed and correlated to growth rate of clustering process which is developing when x increases.
