Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small incision cholecystectomy.Methods One hundred and thirty gallbladder disease patients from January 2010 to December 2012 in Guanlan people' s hospital were selected as observation object,and they were randomly divided into laparoscopic cholecystectomy group (LC group,68 cases) and small incision cholecystectomy group (MC group,62 cases).The intraoperative incision length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,ambulation time,fasting time,medical expenses and other indicators were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the operation time and bleeding volume in two groups between the two groups (P > 0.05).The length of incision,hospitalization time,bed time,postoperative fasting time,hospitalization time in LC group were superior to those in MC group,and the medical cost was significantly higher than that in MC group,the differences were significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions The two kinds of operation methcds have different advantages and disadvantages,and not all cholecystectomy are suitable for one operation mode,and the operation method should be chose according to the specific circumstances,the experience and economic level.
