Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on patients with gallbladder stone and its influence on peripheral blood T lymphocytes and cytokines. Methods One hundred ond sixteen patients with gallbladder stone from June 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) group and open cholecystectomy (OC) group according to the different operation methods, 64 cases in the LC group and 52 cases in the OC group. The effects and complications of the two groups were compared, and the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines before and after operation were compared. Results The operation time, blood loss, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of the LC group were significantly shorter (lower) than those of the OC group (P 0.05). The CD3+ , CD4+ , CD4+ /CD8+ of the LC group after the operation of 1, 3 and 5 d were significantly lower than those before operation (P 0.05). The levels of IL-6, TNF-α and CRP of the OC group after 1, 3 and 5 d of the operation were significantly higher than those before the operation (P<0.01) and significantly higher than those of the LC group of the same time point (P<0.01). Conclusions The effect of stress reaction and immune function of the patients with gallbladder stones after laparoscopic cholecystectomy is little, which is beneficial to the postoperative recovery with accurate curative effect and high safty. Key words: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy; Gallbladder stone; T lymphocytes; Cell factor
