Abstract
A mathematical model of a power system has been developed for direct modeling of electromechanical transient processes and analysis of damageability in subsynchronous and parametric resonances, failed fast automatic reclosing (FAR), incorrect synchronization, short circuits (SC) and their clearing, asynchronous operation, load dropping. In order to assess the damageability, the deformation criterion for soft and hard loads was used, as well as the power criterion in high-cycle fatigue zone. The influence on the damageability factors of mechanical attenuation and damping action of the massive body of turbogenerator rotor, SC duration and currentless FAR pause, remoteness of the turbogenerator from the DC transmission (DCT), DCT load, parameters of control and regulatory systems, magnitude and type of disturbance has been investigated.
