Abstract

The article presents a comparative analysis of the CSS frameworks Bootstrap and Foundation, determining which technology is the most effective for creating responsive websites. For the purposes of conducting research experiments, two analogous websites were created using the aforementioned technologies. Both technologies were subjected to comparative evaluation based on criteria such as: compatibility with mobile and desktop devices, website loading time, file size and number of code lines, browser compatibility, available components, and support.
