Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of housing welfare professionals in the process of community resource, the required competencies, and their perceptions of the community resource network tasks in permanent public rental housing. The research methods included conducting a focus group interview(FGI) with housing welfare professionals from six permanent public rental housing complexes and administering a survey research method to 71 housing welfare professionals nationwide. The results of the study were as follows: Housing welfare professionals identified resources through information search, understanding institutions, and promotion in the community resource network process. They maintained and managed these resources through regular communication and collaboration, linked appropriate resources within the network, and provided ongoing services through follow-up. They perceived that network linkage was crucial for delivering housing welfare services, with the highest recognition given to 'exploration and discovery' in the community resource network process.
