Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of arthroscopic debridement and intra-articulus sodium hyaluronate and diprospan injection for treating knee osteoarthristis.Methods Eighty-two knee joint osteoarthritis were treated by arthroscopic debridement,after surgery sodium hyaluronate 20 mg and diprospan 1 ml were injected into intra-articular.Once a week,5 weeks as a course after surgery.Results According to the standard of Visual analogue scale(VAS),after this treatment,symptoms are significantly ameliorated than before.No drug side effects were observed,and the total effective rate reached 85％.Conclusions Combined treatment of arthroscopic debridement,sodium hyaluronate and diprospan for knee osteoarthritis is safe and effective.
