Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of arthroscopic debridement and intra-articulus sodium hyaluronate and diprospan injection for treating knee osteoarthristis.Methods Eighty-two knee joint osteoarthritis were treated by arthroscopic debridement,after surgery sodium hyaluronate 20 mg and diprospan 1 ml were injected into intra-articular.Once a week,5 weeks as a course after surgery.Results According to the standard of Visual analogue scale(VAS),after this treatment,symptoms are significantly ameliorated than before.No drug side effects were observed,and the total effective rate reached 85%.Conclusions Combined treatment of arthroscopic debridement,sodium hyaluronate and diprospan for knee osteoarthritis is safe and effective.
