Abstract
When active sonar system detects target which is above the bottom, there are bottom reverberation signal, target echo signal and interactive signal of bottom scattering signal and target scattering signal. So mere bottom reverberation signal model or mere target echo signal model has limitation, and need to build a combined model of bottom reverberation signal and target echo signal. The interaction of the reverberation and target scattering is considered, the combined model of bottom reverberation signal and target echo signal is built. The result of combined model simulating signal and preliminary analysis shows that the combined model can simulate the interaction of the reverberation and target scattering.
