Abstract

In the article the theoretical going is expounded near a question about influence of social-psychological resource of teenager on the process of his professional self-determination. In particular, marked, that a man, co-operating in society and lining up more ramified system of social relations (whether forming a social-psychological resource), is in the search of the best standards for an inheritance. This circumstance in natural way assumes permanent abandonment from those standards that exhausted the attractiveness. The same touches characters of professions, and ways of life of representatives of those or other social-professional groups. Character of the world tests a fade, a man searches the most comfort for life character of the world as though, where she was able to be fully realized and social, and in professional aspects. An author goes out supposition that macro- and microsocial trust as a systemfounding component of social-psychological resource of personality is largely related to success of process of professional self-determination of teenager, and allows to draw conclusion about predominance of certain factors of choice of profession in the structure of the subjective world of personality. Thus, developing the phenomenon of trust as general for the social-psychological resource of personality and for professional self-determination of teenager, it is possible to assume that subzero index macro- and microsocial trust able to result in a volume, that a teenager will be anymore inclined to listen to own opinion, than to opinion of social surroundings. Professional self-determination and social-psychological resource of personality are the personalities of teenager included to the single system and co-operate within the limits of only structure through a number of psychological constructs-mediators, such as a trust, confidence in social surroundings, tolerance, adaptivity of personality, social competence and social activity.
