Abstract

A double-pole double-throw (DPDT) switch has been designed to operate from DC to 2 GHz using a 0.18-μm CMOS process. Each branch adopts series/shunt/series-type and large resistances are added to connect the bulks of series transistors to the ground to lower the insertion loss and increase the isolation. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
