Abstract

Objective To study effects of clopidogrel on aspirin resistance of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods 58 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease who were diagnosed aspirin resistance were randomly divided into control group and clopidogrel group, which were given aspirin 100mg +placebo per day and aspirin 100mg+clopigrel 75mg per day respectively. The platelet aggregation was ana-lyzed by the method of whole blood electric resistance. Results The platelet aggregation function induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP) was suppressed significantly by clopdogrel group contrast to control group [(1.3±0.48) Ω vs (12.8±2.5) Ω,P O.O5].Conclusions Clopidogrel can't retrieve aspirin resistance of patients with coronary heart disease completely, they should be strengthened combination therapy. Key words: Clopidogrel; Aspirin; Resistance
