Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal color Doppler combined with blood human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods One hundred and sixty-seven patients with suspected early ectopic pregnancy were detected of serum HCG,measurement of endometrial thickness and blood flow by vaginal transabdominal color Doppler, nutrient artery blood flow spectrum, which were pathologically confirmed by laparoscopy or operation. The detection rate and early diagnestic accuracy rate of combined therapy for ectopic pregnancy were observed. Results Among the 167 cases, early unruptured in 50 cases (29.94%),early miscarriage in 60 cases (35.92%),have been ruptured in 53 cases (31.73%),misdiagnosis in 4 cases (2.45%),diagnostic accuracy rate was 97.60%.Conclusions Abdominal vaginal CDFI can quickly and accurately obtain the evidence of ectopic pregnancy (EP),combined with biochemical examination of blood HCG for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is a good means to reduce the missed small lesions.
