Abstract
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a common metabolic disorder during pregnancy, which has a high incidence and has a serious impact on maternal and infant health, including premature delivery, macrosomia and postpartum complications. Therefore, timely and effective treatment is particularly important. The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical value of insulin aspartate in the management of gestational diabetes mellitus, and to provide evidence for improving the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. Through the comprehensive analysis of the pharmacological properties and clinical applications of insulin aspartate, the research results showed that insulin aspartate can effectively control blood sugar levels and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. It is worth noting that during the use of insulin aspartate, the impact on the mother and child is relatively small, and does not affect breastfeeding, reflecting its importance in the treatment of gestational diabetes. To provide a new treatment idea for the clinical management of gestational diabetes mellitus, emphasize the importance of individualized treatment, and lay a foundation for future related research.
