Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency uhrasonography(HFU),color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)and color Doppler power imaging(CDPI)in the diagnosis of testicular torsion.Methods A total of 33 patients with the testis of torsion were chosen seguentially and confirmed with the clinical diagnosis.The shape.size and intemal echoes of the testis and epididymis were observed with HFU.Their blood flow were observed with CDFI and CDPI.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in diagnosis of testicular torsion by HFU were 97%、80%、95%respectively.Conclusion HFU.CDFI and CDPI play very important roles in the diagnosis of testicular torsion.
