Abstract

Objective To evaluate clinical value of Continuous Scanning Method(CSM) of ultrasound in orientational diagnosis of obstructive iaundice.Methods 83 cases of obstructive iaundice were examined by Ultrasound with CSM.The results were compared with operation and pathology.Results In 83 cases of obstructire iaundice,the positions of obstructive were 5 in hepatic duct,37 in mesomere bile duct and 41 in inferior bile duct.According to the operation results,79 were coincident.The coincidence rate was 95.2% (75/83).Conclusion The CSM of ultrasound has important value in orientational diagnosis of obstructive iaundice.
