Abstract

Objective To investigate and explore the clinical significance of Th1/Th2 in the early stage of renal injury in children with allergic purpura. Methods Fifty children with allergic purpura and early renal injury were selected as the research object, which was named as purpura nephritis group and treated with Th1/Th2 migration, while 50 children with allergic purpura were set to simple purpura group and 50 cases of healthy children were used as the control group in the same period. IL-4, IFN-γ, Th1 cells and Th2 cells were detected and the datas were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Th1, IFN-γ, Th2 and IL-4 between purpura nephritis group and simple purpura group (P>0.05), but the IFN-γ, Th1, Th1/Th2 of the two groups were significantly lower than those of control group (P 0.05), and the content of urine protein in purpura nephritis group was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Th1/Th2 migration treatment can effectively correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2, Th1/Th2 can be used as an important indicator of the prognosis of children with allergic purpura and early renal damage. Key words: Purpura, schoenlein-henoch; Th1 cells; Th2 cells; Renal damage
