Abstract

We investigated 20 soldiers of antiterrorist operation, who had under one fighting cranio-cerebral injury mine-explosion trauma, and in the time of return on peaceful territory they developed syndrome of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They formed the basic group of our investigation. The control group was formed of 16 patients with remote consequences of fighting cranio-cerebral injury of peaceful time. The methods of investigation included neurological and psychological examination of the patients. Psychological test was conducted with the purpose of revealing syndrome of postraumatic stress disorder. To revealed clinical – pathogenetic peculiarities of the head pain in ATO soldiers with PTSD and in patients with remote consequences of fighting cranio-cerebral injury in peaceful time.
