Abstract
目的 观察乌拉地尔与多巴胺联用治疗急性充血性心力衰竭的疗效.方法选择高血压性心脏病18例,冠心病14例,扩张型心肌病6例,风湿性心脏病4例.在常规治疗基础上联合应用乌拉地尔和多巴胺,疗程5 d.观察患者用药前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、心脏指数(CI)、心排血量(CO)及左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化.结果用药前后SBP、DBP均明显下降(P＜0.01).CI、CO、LVEF明显增加(P＜0.01).结论乌拉地尔联合多巴胺治疗急性充血性心力衰竭有明显疗效。
